Couldn’t even get to the sign in. App just churned
Can’t use without a driver’s licence!
This app is useless as I do not have a driver’s licence. I thought you would have updated it from the last election.
Not helpful
Their website said to get the app to get more information for voting. I created an account & it sent me back to their website to get information to vote. What’s point of the app?
driver’s license required
A driver’s license is required to link your registration so this app is utterly useless to anyone who doesn’t have one.
Does not work
I have entered my driver’s license info precisely and it says “we can’t find you”. Very disappointing, as I’m leaving the country and needed this app to get my voter card and vote early.
You cannot login or register
After you click on the login button you’ll be transferred to a page that keeps on updating and doesn’t give you the chance to enter your credentials, so basically you can only use the application as guest
Useless
Sign in and create account functions buggy as hell. App jumps all over the place. Unable to sign in or create an account. Come on folks, we have the technology. Fix the damn thing.

Can’t get past the opening page. Keeps flashing.
Very easy to use. Nice UI and use of input devices to facilitate fast data entry.
The app worker perfectly on first try. Now I have a barcode to take with me when I go vote. Nice and easy lookup with my drivers license. Thanks!
Latest version
I just downloaded the app but it’s telling me I need to download the latest version, so it send me back to the App Store and the App Store tells me I already have the app :/
Useless
Useless app.. I signed up because I never received my voter information card and it’s supposed to be available in the app. I went through the steps, apparently was found on the voter list and linked to my account, so I tried to see my voter card. But nope, all I see is a screen that says “your voter information card will be available after an election has been called”. There is an election tomorrow. Sooo… this app is totally useless. And most of the links just bring me to a browser. So what is the point of this app?

Great App!
Easy to use, helped me figure out where to vote.
Verification requires driver’s license :(
App does an okay job at finding your poll. The whole scannable voter info thing and checking if you are registered was useless to me as it requires you have a drivers license during verification. No option for other ID like and Ontario Photo Card.
Kinda useless app
The app doesn’t actually let you vote online. You still have to go into a polling station and vote in person. The entire marketing campaign around this is entirely misleading because it implies you can vote from anywhere. The only thing it does is load an electronic version of your voting card that you still have to take to the station in-person. Useless!

Very easy to signup and get my voters card. Went for early voting and it was very convenient
Saved me a trip home
Just voted at an early poll, and the app made it easy to have my voter information on my phone without the need to go home and grab my voter information card or other documents
Still bugs on iPad
No, I am not tech illiterate though I am a Boomer! I experienced the disappearing keyboards and no response to “download from my files” button to submit my driver’s licence. I had to turn off my iPad to reset the app. I recommend using the website “votebymail.elections.on.ca” to avoid frustration.
Does what I need
It does what I need, shows me the candidates in my riding and where to vote as well as providing me with my Voter ID card without having to wait for if to come in the mail. Signing in using a saved password from key chain is a little glitchy. I had to scan my face once then erase the pass word field and scan my face again to populate to have it work. First world problems but docked a star nonetheless.

I like the digital tool.
Works well, but a few hiccups when creating account
App works well once registered, no issues there. Lots of useful features. Voter card in app is great.
Registration can use some work:
1. Password manager auto-fill doesn’t work. Password field is emptied.
2. Email verification code didn’t work first time. Had to resend.
