Charger connects 50% of the time
The primary charge station I use in underground parking barely ever works because there is no service in garage and the chargers can’t communicate with the app to even begin charging without cell service. Super inconvenient.
Doesn’t work at home
Le service à la clientèle n’a pas su régler mon problème. Après plusieurs questionnement par courriel. Je désinstalle l’application. Très dommage.

Reliables & feature-rich app!
As an EV owner I’ve had to use half a dozen apps to charge at public chargers. This is by far the easiest and I’m able to program my buildings access card to authenticate my charging session !!

With so many options continuing to surface, it truly gets confusing as to what is the best option out in the EV world. the Electric Avenue software is very user friendly especially for someone who is new to EV and charging aspects and eliminates that fear of running out of juice!

Real time app that is super handy for EV owners! Compatible with home chargers and very helpful with anything EV charger relatable. Must have app if you have an EV or are interested in seeing relevant EV data. Highly recommend
Easy to use
My company installed one for employees and they had an opportunity to try it out with one of our company’s EVs. It was amazingly simple to start and manage the charge, even as someone who doesn’t own an EV yet and had never used a charger.
