Unable to get history on HomeStation
Totally unsatisfied with the home station APP to manage the Home station. I had my history until April 2024 then nothing worked. Email after Email, the various agents unable to help
The station charges ok because set on auto charge but otherwise unable to set a day/time schedule et. Etc

Rip off rates
Way more expensive than gas station chargers, really!!! Terrible station placement out west. Went out of my way for first time using was confusing phone for help as it charged my credit card instead of VW free plan to no satisfaction. What is too like?

Still useless
App was updated and had hoped the Privacy Notice screen could be passed with the "next green arrow" but alas, it still just sits there. Running latest version of iOS - been broken for months. I guess my visit to Canada will not be using EC.

Ce n’est définitivement pas la meilleure application! J’ai créé une clé d’identification pour faciliter la connexion et je ne suis même pas capable de l’utiliser malgré que je sélectionne l’option requis.
Je choisis de me connecter de la façon conventionnelle, avec courriel et mot de passe, alors je suis supposé recevoir un code par le courriel qui ne viendra jamais.
Ces bornes de recharge appartiennent à Volkswagen et je crois que leurs programmeurs ne sont pas très doués. Plein de problèmes comme avec leurs véhicules électriques.

Verification email never comes
Tried 2 separate email addresses, nothing comes through. If they can’t figure this basic stuff out then I can’t trust them with being able to actually charge my car when I need it. On to another network
Nonfunctional, and not maintained
This app has not worked for as long as I can remember. The technical help is useless. This fits with a pattern of various charging stations going down for weeks to months with no explanation.
Hot garbage
Absolute hot garbage! Tried multiple times to create an account , which you have to do on the app, failed every single time. So I can’t use the charging I got with the car. Waste of time.
Privacy Update Notice
Cannot get past this notice - app opens and you cannot engage the green arrow - whether you choose to accept or not, it is impassable and the app is therefore useless

App does not let me sign in
Could not create an account. Tried with two different emails. Eventually I paid with a credit card and confirmed I was charging. Came back an hour later and it had stopped charging at 30%, charged me a $30 fee for taking up the spot. Also $0.70 a kWh?!

I shouldn’t need a membership
Electrify Canada chargers I tried to charge at that used to accept credit cards had screens saying “members only, cards not accepted” now I had to download this stupid app, waste money on an app card and now I ha e multiple stupid apps on my phone for what should be a credit card tap.

This app is useless without CarPlay, by the way electricity America (same app) does support it, come on electrify Canada get you act together and add carplay support

App looks good however can’t proceed without adding payment
I tried to do a charge and the whole time it wouldn’t accept me adding a payment, so I couldn’t get any further in using the app to start my charge. Therefore had to do it all on the station and then there was no use for the app.

L’app n’a jamais pris nos infos de paiement. Aucunes des 3 personnes avec moi n’a réussi. Le gentil service à la clientèle n’a pas réussi à faire autoriser le paiement a distance avec notre carte de crédit. Expérience 0/5. Prenez juste notre argent bazouele. Toutes les stations-service je tape ma carte sur le lecteur, pourquoi j’ai besoin d’un compte vérifié avec vous. C’est juste pénible est une perte de temps. ( pis en plus faut que je me trouve une autre borne)

Barely usable
Bottom toolbar filled half the screen so I could barely see stations. App forgets login too often so I have to stand in the cold entering passwords and otps
