This is the best bank I’ve been with you forever and I’m going to miss everything about you
Fingerprint doesn’t save fix it!!!
Fingerprint login use to work then about a year ago it stop every time i try to use it, it tells me to set it up. I have reset it a million times. Still doesn’t work the toggle just turns itself off after you reset it.
Needs an update
Needs an update for iOS. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Restarted phone, restarted network settings, Got new phone, again. Moved twice in multiple states. Stopped using app.
Password change
I tried numerous times to change my password
Lacks basic features
Works well but lacks some very basic features like payment scheduling. I wanted to schedule loan payments from my checking account every month, but I am not able to.
App does not work
I used to love this bank until the app started working. When I called they told me it’s a glitch and I should just delete and reinstall the app. I have done this several times, still cannot login. Error message says “USERPASS Lockout”
I even deleted the app for over a month, gave it some time to get fixed, just redownloaded it and still says the same thing. Online banking works fine, it’s just not as convenient. Please fix the app.

Needs an IOS update
Unable to access the mobile app as it is not been updated to the current IOS version. Keep getting an error when trying to log in.

FIX THE APP!
This app is ridiculously frustrating. Each time a new IOS update comes out all my other apps come out with their updates to make sure they function good. Does Electro? No. Not ever! And good luck getting someone to talk to or to call you back.
If I sign up for account change alerts I should get them! If I transfer money from one account to another within the app I should see those transaction in the app! Everything is behind on this app! As soon as this bank opens its doors up again I’m taking my money out and going to a bank that has an app that actually WORKS!
