App is horrible and you still need to call into Electrolux on how to do certain things and they give you a number to type into the app that pulls up how to use the app, and if you’re doing a claim you still have to call them to tell them you put in a claim. The app is supposed to be for convenience and to not have to call in and clog up the phone lines so why would you make it so I have to call in while using the app or after I’ve used the app? You need to hire people and stop trying to cut corners to save a little money.

App works about like the appliances. Review would change if app didn’t freeze up constantly and not let you access tech sheets/diagrams
A way to make it better.
If you guys can put in a way to copy things off the app and paste to say like a search bar that would be great but overall works just like your online website! Love it!

Works fantastic when you know what you’re doing. This other guy is clueless. Learn to use an app before you download it.

Downloaded this app 3 times was never able to login to it, doesn’t seem to have any way to create a user id or password. And the Electrolux appliance login in is not for service techs just for customers.
I will delete the app again and end up calling tech support which they will say I need to use the app. A viscous circle.
