Bad connection
The washing machine and the app work well on the rare occasions they connect to each other. Half the time the app gets stuck loading and nothing end up happening.

no need for there to be a bespoke app except that there is no homekit support for devices. disappointing
Latest update is a fail
Latest software update has locked me out of my oven. Says I need to turn on remote control from the oven (it is turned on) and nothing can be done w/o that fixed. Worked perfectly before updating.
Timers - problem
Even after one year of waiting, there is still a red note in the app: “we have disabled timer functions, because we are experiencing problems. Our engineers are working on it. “

update: I changed from one star to 4stars: app is not bad, its pretty good, informs you about temperature in the room and you can remotely control the ac unit. Just those still missing timers…

Schedule start gets bug all the time
Instant remote start is ok but the schedule start always leaves the screen loading nonstop without actually sending any schedule to the washing machine.

Saludos el producto del Aire Acondicionado es espectacular pero busqué por toda la configuración de la App el temporizador y no lo encontré por lo que me tocó volver al control manual. Una vez agreguen el temporizador cambiaré mi calificación. De resto excelente!
Nefunkční časovač
Spárování s iphonem a přihlášení k Wifi proběhlo hladce a hned. Ale člověk nalákán na ovládání přes appku a taková jednoduchá věc, díky které jsem to kupoval, jako je časovač délky provozu, je mimo provoz v aplikaci. Sdělení, na opravě pracujeme. Koukám do recenzí a už na ni pracujete minimálně 4 měsíce.

S zkoušíš to znova a znova. A nic. Přesto že spotřebič byl zakoupen s jejich wifi podporou. Tohle je na velkou stížnost
Cant add air conditioner
There is no option to add air conditioner (on the wall). Only option is portable one. Useless.

Timer is broken on portable air conditioner for around 1 years now. When do you plan to fix a feature that is advertised to me when selling the product? I will probably be contacting consumer rights court in Turkey.
