You only have to use this app once to understand how much information is now at your fingertips. And the more you use it the more you will discover how detailed it gets. Then you’ll be amazed at how often the app is updated and maintained. I have used numerous electronics apps over the years, this is the one that hasn’t been removed from my devices.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC APP. I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS BUT IT STILL SURPRISES ME WITH THE DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND USES IT CAN BE PUT TO. AS A TEACHER OF ELECTRONICS I FIND IT INVALUABLE. WHEN MY IPAD WAS STOLEN I HAD TO SPEND HOURS SEARCHING FOR THE SAME DATA, AND IT WAS NEVER PRESENTED IN SUCH A GREAT FORMAT. THE APP WRITER NEVER RESTS ON HIS LAURELS AND IS CONSTANTLY ADDING ORE USEFUL FUNCTIONS.

This is one of the apps I use on a daily basis for electronics and electrical repair, this is not available on Samsung so I will never switch phones I can’t loose this app
Misleading
The image of the page showing conponents shows vacuum tubes, but after purchasing, apparently, tubes are not available to use to construct circuits.

I got interested in electronics at a time when all transistors were metal clad, computers used punch cards and tapes for storage and slide rules were used. Have watched things evolve at an exponential rate from relay & rotary uniselector control through solid state control to computer control. From hands on to programming to operation.
Now as a grandfather of 7, I was cruising the App Store and found this app and it has rekindled the interest I had as a 9 year old with my Phillips electronics project kit back in the early 60s.
Initial reaction was “WOW! My Wife is going to kill me”

Brilliant App
I’m only an amateur electronics enthusiast building small kits and my own experimental designs but this app is brilliant for helping me figure out things. This app does stuff beyond my understanding. Maybe it came from Roswell. 😄

Schon Ewigkeiten auf meinem iPad aber hat sich in der Praxis als nicht besonders nützlich erwiesen. Zumindest wenn man es als Notebook, Projektplanung verwenden will: Import von externen Datenblättern, Sammlung von Weblinks umständlich oder gar nicht möglich. Verwirrung im GUI wo es z.B. eine Feld „Links“ gibt aber man kann dort nichts ablegen. Ähnlich für Dokumente. Suche nach Bauteilen mit nicht mehr aktuellen Internet-Datenbanken.

Better Than Advertised!
I bought this app several years ago and have used it off and on. Each time I’ve launched it I was informed that the app had been updated—which of course was a pleasant occurrence. The information contained therein has always been accurate and, while it don’t use it everyday, I have no plans to ever “not have it on my phone”. I recommend this app to anyone considering it.
