Just got my saber, one of their top-end builds, and the app wont even find the saber. Will not connect no matter what. Such garbage.

I want to change the blade to unstable, and I won’t even do that saber craft fix the issues please

Always get a time out error when I try to change blade profiles. I can't change the color
Needs work
Can’t get my saber to stay connected at all. I do exactly what the manual states and says connected then immediately says lost connection. My Bluetooth is on and literally next to saber. Probably have to spend more money after dropping a cool 550 already just to get it to where it should be now. Frustrated

Great Idea, bad performance.
This app is an amazing idea and I’m happy that it is available, but the app constantly crashes. Everytime I try to change the color or profile on my saber, it disconnects or closes the app.
Doesn’t work
I’ve had my saber for about 7 months and the Bluetooth refuses to work
Would be nice, if it worked as intended.
First major problem is that it resets all of my profiles at random intervals, resetting the lightsaber to its’ original settings and erasing all of my data.
There’s also the fact that you can’t actually make the lightsaber purple along with many other colors, the color wheel only accepts a few colors and then just turns white in between.

Used to work
I’m going to be giving this app a 2 star at this point in time. Because while what it aims to do is very cool and requires no extra cables or work, it in of itself hardly works. When I first got my saber in the later half of last year the app was slow but worked fine now however I can no longer access my profiles on the app or edit the blade color AT ALL. It is so frustrating. I’ve tried to also do a hard and soft reset on the electrum saber via the app and it also does not work. All it does is disconnect from the saber and act like it is no longer on.

App doesn’t work
Love my $800 light saber won’t change colors when I want it too. The user profiles are garbage. If this want a gift of return it and give $800 to a bum on the street as I’d be a better use of money this point. Saber itself is great. User interface is GARBAGE. Fix your issues.
Does not work that great
App crashes when I try and raise the volume on the saber. Also it will not load all the way when I try to open the different edits. 👎🏻
Colors Don't Work
I can only get my blade color red, blue (sometimes) or green. Trying to select anything close to purple or pink only makes the blade color different shades or brightnesses of red. Purple is my favorite saber color. Need to fix.
Not there
Very limited functionality in this version and the ui is not very intuitive. There is a color wheel that gives you RGB values for the blade color, but it would be nice if we could input these values to adjust the color properly as well.
Almost
Very excited for the kinks to be worked out. I cannot load the blade profile to be able to change my color. It gets so close to uploading and then just freezes. I hope it gets fixed soon. Looks like a nice app
Great upgrade
This app is in the first phase I believe… that being said it is everything the other one wasn’t. This makes Electrum sabers even higher above the alternatives.
