App not working at all, i am unable to log in as the screen is stuck in loading for the past 10 minutes. Super disappointed as i wanted to order some books

Cea mai slaba aplicatie de shopping online
Merge f greu, butonul de back te duce iar la inceputul listei, indexare foarte proasta, filtre useless, extrem de greu sa gasesti ceva. Pretul mic in perioadele de reduceri e singurul atu, altfel prefer sa platesc si cu 20% in plus sa cumpar dintr-un app mai prietenos. Si din magazinul fizic e mai bine decat din aceasta aplicatie.

Am stat 2 luni după un parfum ca după să aflu ca nu mai este pe stoc nici măcar bunul simț nu au avut să mă anunțe.

Customer service needs to improve
After spending time browsing and selecting items on the site, I placed an order only to find that the payment couldn’t be processed through PayU. I’ve experienced similar issues on other sites like eMag or epantofi, but in those cases, the system or a representative generated a new payment link, allowing my order to remain active. Here, your solution was for me to place the order again, even though some of the items are no longer available on the site. I assume this happens because one item is automatically assigned to my unprocessed order, with an active delivery time and amount linked to my account. Worse, I don’t even have the option to cancel it. It’s disappointing, and I’m not sure if I’m the only one facing this issue, but I feel discouraged from searching for products on your site anymore.

Butonul plasare comanda nu este functional
Nu merge sa plasezi comanda indiferent de mediu online sau in aplicatie. Butonul plaseaza comanda nu este functional. Am incercat pe 3 device-uri Ipad, iphone SE si PC both online si din aplicatie.

Worst app ever
It’s not even working properly on an iPad Pro. It’s just as bad as the web version. Can’t scroll through product photos. Besides, it’s laggy as hell. Nice paid 5* reviews 😉

Am mai comandat 8 carti acum doua luni când erau ceva oferte , nu am mai primit nici o carte și când am sunat la ei , mi-au spus ca nu am plasata nici o comanda

The app is very slow. Has a lot of bugs and same if you go to pay and the payment is not working you lose the products from the basket and you cannot modify the comand.

I-am urmărit de câtva ori sa vad daca într-adevăr reducerile sunt pe bune! Evident, nu este asa, cand anunța reduceriiiii, măresc prețurile la produsele specifice! Rusine, va faceți de ras pentru doi bani si va pacăliți clienti!

Ar trebuie sa fie valabilă opțiunea de a plăti la easybox cu un card bancar. Fiecare easybox e dotat cu un POS.
