I’ve just recently purchased the CC2 (Centauri Carbon 2). The only downside to the printer is this app. The fact it doesn’t allow the user to slice within the app. It doesn’t allow users to upload models or files from the mobile device. These are key features other 3d printing apps offer like the small Tina2 Plus offers in app model slicing.
To some it up this app isn’t in comparison with its competitors. NO BUILT-IN SLICER!

Works great CCV2
Easy to use and works great on my CCV2, love watching my prints in real time when I’m at work.
Upgrade works fine
This app works fine to control basic features such as hot plate and nozzle temperature plus you can monitor it via the camera while away from the office or home.
This would be a 5 star app if they made more of the print library available. I keep running into “coming soon” or must open by slicer program on pc. You also don’t have any dynamic control over the prints, such as making them bigger or multiples. Also, you have to dig through menus to find out your recent print history. This should be at the very top, but it only allows you to show prints that you’ve recently browsed and that can make it hard if you’ve spent some time on the library.
On the whole this app has really taken off over the last few months as I think more people are discovering it. I really hope the developers add more control features and make more prints available.

Post update perfection!
Now that the update is in I swear tho has been the best printer experience I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to pumping out designs with my new elegoo printer
Garbage
The app worked fine until the last update dumped all of my printers and the only way to log into your account is by using a phone number but even then it won’t send you a verification code to the provided phone number. Why isn’t there an option to log into using the same methods as elegoo slicer or satalite? The app is unusable in its current state.

Jupiter 2 support??
Still doesn’t support the Jupiter 2……
Login broken
This has been working fine but the latest upgrade signed me out and the new login workflow only offers a phone-number based login OR sign-in with Apple. Previously I had a used an email with password or sign-in with Google.

Usage
So helpful if you are looking for a quick print
UI was great, but it didn’t support my printer.
The app itself was nice, and the model searching was smooth, with descriptions, photos, and reviews all working. However, it wasn’t(unless they have changed it) compatible with my printer(Centauri Carbon 1). So, I wasn’t able to test the functionality of the app itself.
If you’re curious, the models they support(as of right now - or 7/30/26) are:

Does NOT Support CC 1st Gen
I have not only had this printer about a year the. Updates that have been released have worked flawlessly and now adding the colour mod when release (already pre ordered) but the online app does not work with this printer only the model they brought out after . Very disappointing I have to use third party apps to control it remotely when this should be native ..

Neptune 4 availablely
This app dosnt support Neptune 4 when it could it had the chance to but they defied not to update it

Once you do all the surgery on the printer it is easy to add by scanning the QR code and it is amazing for your money
It’s better than I thought
The app is good but the first few days I would have to open/close it around 5 times for it to see CC2 but after a few days it fixed itself. I do wish we would be given the option to see the prints that are in the USB in order to print. I sometimes want to print when away and forget to start the print before I leave home. I also wish we could see the timelapse from the app and save it from the app as well. I always forget I have to go through the printer settings. It’s hidden which sucks.

App asks for imei, imsi, MAC address, device serial number and loads more.

Doesn’t work
App just sits there and loads for ages, once it finally does just throws an error in your face saying something about network or printer not found. Worked fine for a month then nothing but cloud and server issues.
It actually works..
Unlike everyone else I work out to take my CC2 out of lan mode then the QR codes shows in account and you can connect to it just fine.
No Centauri Carbon support
It would be nice if we could at least use this app to view our active print jobs via IP video. Anything. But we're left out.
New owner CC2
I’m enjoying my new purchase. A big difference from my interest in Arduino kit I purchased many years ago to learn how to program and run 3D controllers. I will spread the word to all who care to share in this thread.
Can’t use
Can’t even log in after making 2 accounts, and won’t bind my printer. I am regretting my purchase
