Once you do all the surgery on the printer it is easy to add by scanning the QR code and it is amazing for your money
It’s better than I thought
The app is good but the first few days I would have to open/close it around 5 times for it to see CC2 but after a few days it fixed itself. I do wish we would be given the option to see the prints that are in the USB in order to print. I sometimes want to print when away and forget to start the print before I leave home. I also wish we could see the timelapse from the app and save it from the app as well. I always forget I have to go through the printer settings. It’s hidden which sucks.

App asks for imei, imsi, MAC address, device serial number and loads more.

Doesn’t work
App just sits there and loads for ages, once it finally does just throws an error in your face saying something about network or printer not found. Worked fine for a month then nothing but cloud and server issues.
It actually works..
Unlike everyone else I work out to take my CC2 out of lan mode then the QR codes shows in account and you can connect to it just fine.
No Centauri Carbon support
It would be nice if we could at least use this app to view our active print jobs via IP video. Anything. But we're left out.
New owner CC2
I’m enjoying my new purchase. A big difference from my interest in Arduino kit I purchased many years ago to learn how to program and run 3D controllers. I will spread the word to all who care to share in this thread.
Can’t use
Can’t even log in after making 2 accounts, and won’t bind my printer. I am regretting my purchase

BE AWARE - Does not connect with Saturn 16k ultra printer
This app doesn’t connect with Saturn 16k ultra models. Scanning the code doesn’t add a printer.
Connection Nightmare
Between their cloud issues and this app it renders this app useless. Constant drops and instability. When you contact Elegoo they just give you same generic “we are working on it”. Even the most recent release of my firmware did NOTHING. Have followed all network recommendations.

STOP!
For the love of god, STOP having the app sign out every 2 minutes . It’s freaking ridiculous that I have to resign in multiple times, and then when I am, the app says it can’t find the printer. It’s driving me crazy. Please fix!

The app is great, i can remote pause although when i pause mid print im guaranteed to fail. My biggest issue with this is that I have to enter my log in credentials every day. The app dont remember my login.

No QR code or PIN code on this printer, so can’t add it
Not So Quality app
Thought it was really good at first but it always signs got out and forgets for account ever existed and you have to reconnect it through the printer EVERY SINGLE TIME! It had potential to be fantastic but the execution is really poor. Would love to put 5 stars back on here as I’m a massive elegoo supporter but this isn’t it.

Bad instruction
Product doesn’t work with carbon too. In the instructions for how to connect to it are absent. The connection of the first device is fine. It’s having to bring in a new device and getting the QR code to display again. It just doesn’t work.
No Centauri Carbon support??
I download this app for my Centauri carbon however there is no QR code under device info as directed. when I try to add it manually, i’m directed to input the pin below the QR code, which is not there either. not to mention there doesn’t seem to be any support for the Centauri carbon 1 only the Centauri carbon 2… Am I bugg’n or has Elegoo left support for the Carbon 1 on the hood of the car, flying down the street with Carbon 2 laughing at us from the passenger seat…

There doesn’t seem to be a way to use this app with a Centauri Carbon 1.

Apparently it doesn’t work with all Elegoo printers. If you have a Neptune 4 don’t bother downloading
Great concept, however…
It’s not very user friendly. I can’t connect my phone and my computer at the same time, which is wildly frustrating. I do love that when I do have it connected to my phone, I can see how it’s printing
