Woeful
As others have mentioned. It's unbelievable that this is the standard of app for an aga product. Loses connection randomly, won't connect , slow to connect . Required multiple resets. Absolutely no signs of updates or fixes or an official aga app. Also no support

Anything this bad would encourage fire makers to seek some improvement but not apparently AGA who seem content to live off the reputation of their range stoves.
But even these do not get universal praise so perhaps the company is poised on the abyss of extinction.

Poor interface
Poor interface with AGA fire was expecting lot better. Bit jumpy and at time non responsive. Hoping improved soon.
Not fit for purpose.
Very slow when working and loses connection to the WiFi network frequently. Be aware that when this app is not functioning correctly the full customised features of the fire, user profiles, timer, settings, use of a thermostat to maintain a room temperature etc are not available to the customer. No a good advert for a company of Aga’s standing, and needs rectifying in order that the fire (Ludlow in my case) works as advertised.
