Great habit tracking app!
Wow! I love this app, it makes tracking my goals so much easier. I have been loving being able to see my specific goals, and how I am reaching them.
Easy to use, great for forming good habits and breaking old ones!
This app is easy to use, including great templates you can preload based on your goals (professional, personal, health etc). Or you can customize your own. I’ve tried both. It’s easy to change your goals (and habits), and the calendar is great to see progress at a glance. I haven’t used the cue-reward yet, but plan to try that next!
