I am just finding out you can lo longer access this? No email no updates. I was staking and can no longer transfer my funds? I’ve used my seed phrase to open my wallet on mm and I cannot see any of my funds on there. Can’t get support as their support link does not work anymore. Last time I tried opening my wallet I thought it was just a temporary issue. Didn’t know they were taking the app down?

How do I recover my account? I’m having trouble logging in even though I’m using the saved email and password.
Will not login
The app will not allow me to login. My email and password is correct and I have my seed phrase. I am able to see my core with other platforms, but this wallet does not allow me to access anything. The developers are not responding, this is a now widespread issue, people are feeling robbed. I feel like I am locked out of my money with no help or options. Never felt the need to write a review as this is my first. To any others in the same predicament, good luck and leave a review with the solution. I will be reporting this app to apple for fraud.

Like everyone else, can’t log on. What type os circus are these clowns running?
Danger! Unable to login for months after trapping continue! No solution from CORE developers.
At first, this app worked great! I never tried to withdraw only kept depositing core with hopes of it being a reliable way to test growth for a potential future crypto coin, however I have been unable to log in for months now. I have tried most of the Google search solution as well as support.element link, without any solution. Please fix developers.

Another Coinbase scam app took everyone’s BTC and ran no one can sign back into their wallets and haven’t been able to for years. Coinbase should be ashamed of themselves and make this app answer to them. Thanks Brian Armstrong!
Needs update
After new iPhone and iOS updates, the app won’t let me log into my account. It stuck at login screen. It needs an update.
What is going on?
It has been almost 2 months since I have been able to log in to my Element Wallet and access my Core & BTC. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app many times. Nothing seems to be working. There are many other holders that cannot access their funds as well. Why is this happening?
Terrible App
Stay away from this app. I’m currently unable to login, 2nd time this has happened. Just get a blue check mark and nothing else. Search the web, lots of people having same issue. Can’t access my coins. Can’t get any support other than the stock answer, remove and reinstall. I have done that multiple times and installed on a completely different device.

I enjoyed this wallet for a year. Suddenly, I can’t log in. Support page loads a Cloudfare error message. Email to the team directs me to the support page. I rebooted the phone, tried a different network, and reinstalled the app. What gives?
UPDATE - the app started working again temporarily. Check their X account. I collected my coins and left this wallet. I’m really disappointed in this developer.

This wallet is a scam supported by Coinbase. I have been locked out of my wallet and the support site can’t be accessed. They stole my crypto. BIG ROBBERY!
