Needs update
After new iPhone and iOS updates, the app won’t let me log into my account. It stuck at login screen. It needs an update.
What is going on?
It has been almost 2 months since I have been able to log in to my Element Wallet and access my Core & BTC. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app many times. Nothing seems to be working. There are many other holders that cannot access their funds as well. Why is this happening?
Terrible App
Stay away from this app. I’m currently unable to login, 2nd time this has happened. Just get a blue check mark and nothing else. Search the web, lots of people having same issue. Can’t access my coins. Can’t get any support other than the stock answer, remove and reinstall. I have done that multiple times and installed on a completely different device.

Don’t download this app it will let you load money onto it and buy Core and bitcoin but you can never withdraw it.
Unusable (updated review)
I enjoyed this wallet for a year. Suddenly, I can’t log in. Support page loads a Cloudfare error message. Email to the team directs me to the support page. I rebooted the phone, tried a different network, and reinstalled the app. What gives?
UPDATE - the app started working again temporarily. Check their X account. I collected my coins and left this wallet. I’m really disappointed in this developer.

Big scam and robbery!
This wallet is a scam supported by Coinbase. I have been locked out of my wallet and the support site can’t be accessed. They stole my crypto. BIG ROBBERY!

This app still broken! Not allowing user to login. No news about the safety of user CORE and BTC. The support site is also broken!

I can’t login to my account . the button continue doesn’t work I clicked on it many times . And my connection is secure. I tried another phone the same problem

Found out about element via coinbase, looked good at first was using this wallet to stake my core chain crypto, them out of no where got locked out. The element support page is not working. I tried contacting element through X without success. Very shady. This has also happened to mang of its users. This is a complete ponzi scheme

App not working
This app has not been working for days. The support link for this app is down. Support email not responding to emails. Unable to access my crypto right now since the app doesn’t work.
Slow and non responsive
First started using it a few months ago and seemed to work fine, but now it’s super slow and doesn’t even function properly. Seems like a scam or poorly managed wallet. I can’t even switch networks to see my other tokens.

Quit working can’t access Bitcoin…
Since last weeks update Core price no longer updates or displays and the app completely locks up if I try to change networks and access my BTC. This is a massive fail for Element and Core. Once my staking period ends I’ll be exploring other options.

No good
This app worked great and one day I couldn’t get it to open, I removed it and downloaded again. Now I can’t access my wallet or anything without my seed code. I can’t find that so now I’ve lost everything
Can’t sign back in
I saved the 12 words in the dang order it was shown in this is a ridiculous app I have done everything they told me and they aren’t any help at all if I could rate this app lower I would give it a -10

Cannot access my account says my connection isn’t secure. Same connection I’ve been using, now it doesn’t work. Seems like this app is a scam locked me out again!!!!
Reinstall app if not working
If the app is malfunctioning and not letting you unlock your crypto after staking, reinstall app to make it work. Get your seed phrase first before doing this. This app isn’t worth the hassle and the risk. Coinbase made a bad recommendation by showcasing this app.
Logs you Out and impossible to get back in
Every time you close the app and reopen it, it makes you enter your account info again. I screenshotted my “seed phrase” and it doesn’t work now. I also saved my password and they’re telling me it’s incorrect. But of course, there is no option to even reset it. If you use this app, MOVE EVERYTHING TO COINBASE- This one feels like a scam. I can only get into my account when the stock is low that day

Recovered my bitcoin finally!! 😁
If you had or have problems with your seed phrase not working when you know it's correct try the cloud option. That's what finally worked for me. Before that tho, it did take uninstalling the app every which way possible before it finally came back to me like a new wallet so I could be asked to put in the seed phrase. So if stuck try the cloud option. On the dual staking rewards ...something I didn't realize until much later was you aren't paying for your bitcoin gas fees with core like I thought...so while a tiny bit, it's still exchanging bitcoin with core. Just not sure I'd call that a reward anymore lol. Anyways I'm still staking but now I'm going the full 90 days instead of 10 days at a time to save on bitcoin fees. Also did the yield percentage go down?? Idk. Ok. Sorry it's choppy. Just keeping it short sweet and too the point. Have a Good day collective :) 🤙🏼
