Surprisingly Fun!
I like the concept of Regicide and this game is very similar. I play this daily.
Awesome game + developer!
I would give this game 10 stars if I could. The developer did everything so well. It’s perfect. It’s now my go-to, favorite, game on my phone.
The design is classy, minimalistic and cool. The UI is intuitive and as smooth as butter. It saves progress at all times so you can jump in and out easily. It’s a small file size. It uses no battery. And it’s free, with no ads, and an option to tip.
The developer also responded to a suggestion and used the suggestion to improve the game and give more play options. It was already great, but he made it beyond excellent.
Based on Regicide, this is a purposefully challenging game. But the developer created an easier option that’s more accessible for a more casual player. And he added an endless mode too. And then there’s the regular (hard) game. Everything is there for everyone.
This is a challenging but doable game (especially on easy, which is still a challenge but way more possible). You have to think about each move, but it’s still an accessible concept and very enjoyable to play. It doesn’t get boring. Especially with the three play options now.
I very highly recommend this game. It’s now my favorite game on my phone.

Good game, 2 requests
I already knew how to play Regicide, so learning how to play this was easy. This is a game that takes a bit of effort to wrap your brain around, and it’s not easy to win. I haven’t won yet. But it’s very fun to play.
I appreciate the small file size, and that it’s good on battery, and especially that it’s in portrait mode, as I don’t like landscape games. The art design and UI are gorgeous. It has style but is minimalistic too. Love it. I also appreciate that there are no ads. I also SUPER APPRECIATE that it saves progress at all times when you quit the app. So if you only have time for one move on a short break, you can do that. Super thoughtful.
A couple of requests though: (1) I wish it saved your scores so that even when you lose you can see if you beat your high score. Adding that stat would make it more fulfilling when you lose; and (2) please, please never add ads or a subscription. I’d be ok with a fair premium IAP to support the developer, but if ads or subscriptions are ever added, I’ll delete it immediately. You’ve done it all right so far, but I hope you keep it monetized fairly. Adding an IAP for extra skins or something to support the developer would be a cool way to do it, within the app, not via PayPal. I’d pay $4.99 max to support.
