Never Opens
This app is terrible… it never opens… so annoying and now I’ve lost my points.
Broken!
Every time I open this app, I get a black screen!! I’ve lost all of my rewards. Avoid this app; it is nothing but junk.
Recommend for all mom and pop stores
I dislike carrying paper stampcards and I think this app is so great in the sense that it's a digitalized and also eco friendly. The only thing with iPhones is that if you get a new iPhone you need to delete the app and reinstall it (if you did iCloud backup)
Also make sure to create an account within the app! Otherwise if you delete the app, your stamps will be erased.

Dead App
This app is THE WORSE reward app out there. Loads maybe once a year if that. Otherwise it's a just a black screen the entire time no matter how many times you restart close and reopen it.

Spinning Circle
I have iOS16 and yesterday after i updated this up when it loads it is stuck on spinning white circle ang black background. As instructed delete and reinstall and i did that 5 times and problem is still there. Did anyone did QA on the latest release?
Doesn’t work anymore
Ever since I updated to the latest iOS the app stopped working. I followed the instructions to uninstall and download again, but it’s a no go. Please fix this app so I can continue to use it at my favorite store.
Update broke everything and lost all rewards
Nothing is working in todays update. Spins on launch. After a few minutes it might load the homescreen. The one shop I use this app (Jairen) for is no longer listed and all my loyalty points have disappeared.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work on iPhone 12, it’s stuck on the black loading screen and nothing happens. I lost all my stamps, that’s not ok!!!! Fix your app!

Worse Reward App on the Market
Literally the worse rewards app on the market. I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro and whenever I launch it, it’s just stuck on the loading screen. Absolute garbage. Better to stick with physical stamp cards than this crap.
Can’t log in with Google
It’s been three months and I can’t sign into my account through Google anymore. I thought it was just an older phone issue but I just got a 13 pro max and still the same problem. App worked fine before but now I can’t get any of my rewards.
It didn’t work after iPhone upgrade
Upgraded from iPhone 10 to 13 but app doesn’t work on iPhone 13. It showed the app and doesn’t do anything after you tapped the app. Any fix on this?

I loved watching the store use their “magical” stamp to stamp my “virtual” app card when I was using this on my old iPhone 6. But now that I upgraded my iPhone to the latest one and the phone is running on iOS 14, whenever I open this app, only blank white screen shows up! Please update/fix your app, so that the store’s loyal customers can continue to use it and collect our stamps!!

Got a new phone . App doesn’t work
iOS 14 bug. Does not load.
Just a white screen shows up when you open the app. Stopped working after iOS 14 update on iPhone. Does not work now after update. I haven’t been getting my stamps because of this. What is taking the app developers so long to fix this issue. Do they even know it doesn’t work ? What a joke
