I should have looked at the reviews before downloading. This app doesn’t even work, and they’ve made no attempt to fix it in over a year. Don’t bother.
Usually love it
I paid for a membership but the ‘free’ game still asks me to pay for it. Have emailed support 3 times with no response. Please sort
Lost connection makes app unusable
I played one game almost all they way through, turned off iPad overnight, and got a “Lost connection Refresh” when I tried to go back in. Refreshing does not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Thanks for nothing.
Loved it until it stopped working
I was enjoying the fact that I no longer had to download individual games onto my phone but now the app refuses to load and I have a purchased game I cannot access

Hi there I downloaded the app and it won’t load it keeps saying refresh so I do but it still doesn’t load please help and fix your app
Not good
App will not even open or connect to server. Purchased the year subscription and now cannot even connect to the game hub.
Unable to Connect - try again later
I have been having this problem since last Feb (see my previous review). Was able to get into hub for a few months….now it’s back to previous problem. Have now cancelled subscription,which is a shame as I enjoy your games.
9 months later, still a rip off
I was told back in September, the app is still new, they’re working on it, no one has responded to me in over 2 months. The app doesn’t work, I’ve been unable to open games, no free games for the last 2 months, (not that it matters since the games don’t load) the app hasn’t changed or improved, nothings functioning, chat, support, nothing. It’s like they abandon it, no customer support at all. So glad I paid for a whole year, please, don’t even think of giving them a penny, you’ll regret it!!!

I paid for years membership
I’ve never got a free game it won’t acknowledge that I’ve paid for it it’s an actual joke
Cancelled subscription but still got charged
Downloaded the app and said I would have 14 days free trail. But after looking through the app I seen that they have only put their old games on there, so I cancelled my subscription straight away but still got charged. Total con, avoid at all costs, shame as I use to love their games but will be avoiding from now on.

Disappointed
Elephant games has always been my favorite but despite paying the subscription, I don’t see the new games on my hub and often they do not work properly. I hope something can be done.

Hasn’t been working
Download and paid for the year and it hasn’t been loading at all I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, waiting and trying later, waiting days and it still will not load it won’t show any games I keep hitting refresh and the same error message pops up.. waste of 20$ for the year membership I loved playing elephant games and was excited for a free game and discounted games seeing how all the games are 6.99 that adds up if you like these types of games.. so disappointing!

Really poor app
I’ve been buying and playing Elephant Games hidden object mysteries for a while so thought I would use the hub app. Bad decision. Twice now I have paid for a game only to find the purchase hasn’t registered. I’ve tried contacting them but have not had a reply. And annoyingly the hub app loads in portrait but the games load in landscape and most of the time won’t load to full screen so don’t work. Really wish I hadn’t bothered. Elephant Games you owe me £11.98!

WASTE OF MONEY
