Great Job
I think it’s a good experience. Have a try!
Poor attempt at a good digital experience
Be warned that when you top up the credit on the app, it does not translate to in store purchases. We were credited with $300 to use the app through their marketing team and were welcomed to come to redeem. However after we had brunch at the restaurant the waiters and store manager were confused on how to use the app. The manager kept clicking on the card to get the card ID but it was not clickable. The store associates had no idea how the app worked. It turned out the marketing team wrote a misleading marketing copy to market the app but deceived customers to come in. I don't understand why the app won't allow for in store experiences? Shouldn't the digital experience lead to in store experiences? Classic example of poor disconnected digital experience
