I couldn’t even log onto the app, just kept saying the password wasn’t fitting the criteria and I tried several different ones. Don’t know how this is still on the app store!

Very easy to use and navigate around the app
Unusable
App refuses to load anything other than a blank screen. Their website is not much better - the only thing that loads is the digital help chat, which doesn’t understand simple statements like “your website does not load”
Awful App
Truly awful app, login continually fails and rarely does it register when you click on anything. Makes receiving support almost impossible.

This app is genuinely THE worst thing I have installed on my phone. The UI looks awful, is insanely slow and crashes a lot. Every time I have to deal with elephant insurance it genuinely depresses me. And I ensure I have AT LEAST 2-3 hours just for loading screens/being on hold (although that’s not really to do with the app). Ultimately, this app is so bad. Ps I never leave reviews unless it’s something I truly dislike and this is one of the worst things I’ve dealt with.

I’ve done an insurance yesterday and since then I couldn’t open it all. These people should do something about it because it’s really useless
Service & App Performance Issues – Urgent Review Needed
I have been using your insurance for a year now, but I find it more expensive than other providers. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with your app or website, as both take a long time to load. It often takes 30 minutes or more just to access a page or open the app, which is extremely frustrating.
Additionally, despite paying a higher premium compared to other insurers, the service quality is disappointingly poor. I kindly request you to address these issues as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to switch to another insurance provider.

Not a good software
Very slow.
Slow and clunky
One of the most slow and frustrating apps I have come across.
Can’t login!!
Have registered but login page is completely blank so can’t use the app.

Not a great app
Meantime is easy to create your profile the app doesn’t log into your account straight away you need to try several times until you are actually able to access to your information. This far away to be effective and is very poor for a 2025 app.
