No Payment Option for Gift Cards
The food here is good and the ordering process through the app is easy. My complaint is there is no payment option for gift cards at checkout. I received a digital Elephant & Vine gift card and have not been able to use it because the only options are credit card or Apple Pay. Why sell gift cards to the restaurant and not have a gift card payment option to enter them during checkout?

Can't use rewards
The app itself makes ordering easy, but I am unable to use my reward points whenever I order through the app. I always get a system error and thus far managers have not been able to figure out how to correct that.
App never works
App never works, cannot order off any browser, either. Fourth time in a month I’m unable to order food. Why bother trying?
