BEST APP FOR TRACKING WEIGHT

Barbell Bear has completely changed the way I train. From the moment I downloaded it, I placed it front and center on my phone. The app is incredibly easy to navigate, and after using it for about 4 months religiously, I’ve been more consistent with tracking my weight training than ever before. My functional strength has improved drastically thanks to how simple it is to log and review my progress.

One of my favorite features is being able to see the exact weights I lifted in my previous sessions, which helps me decide when to push for more. I also love the mix of structure and flexibility this app offers. The pre-set programs make it easy to balance upper and lower body days, but I can still add my own exercises and organize them however I want. This is perfect for someone like me who struggles to build complete programs but still wants to include favorite movements.

The nutrition tracker is another huge plus. It automatically adds up my daily protein, carbs and fats and resets each day, and I can log my body weight too. Everything I need in one place.

I use this app every single time I hit the gym, and I couldn't be happier with the results I’m seeing. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about strength training who wants an easy to use progress tracker!
