It barely gives you any thing to play you have to pay for everything

The app function has been pretty good. Several months ago it had a few minor glitches but seemed to be resolved quickly.
The reason for the less than perfect rating is because… for the price, there’s been very little expansion over the past year. I expected more additions and there’s been very change.
Eventually the daily challenges are what most people will settle into. Considering the subscription cost, there’s hardly anything. Takes around 5-6 minutes to complete all of them, not worth it.
I have cancelled my yearly subscription and it will remain cancelled until they make additions. I’m guessing that they probably lose most of their subscribers after a year due to the receptiveness.

Beware charges!
This app does not use the standard Apple subscription method. Seeing the price tag as soon as I tried the app, I immediately ditched it. I tried to cancel my subscription in settings, but as it didn’t show up there I thought the trial period worked as many other apps do. It does not. I was charged $40 today for an app I don’t use.
No clue if the app is any good or not, but it’s easy to get locked in for the subscription. There was no email alert or any other notification.

Why I think it’s bad and good
We should have everything free because why should we pay for thing that u can teach yourself at school so I don’t think we should have to pay the good side to this game is that I get to learn more and it gives me a definition and tell a me how I got it wrong.
No UK English option
All spelling is American English. If there was a UK English setting I would subscribe. Otherwise great.

Love this game, but—the fanfare at the end of each game is annoying and makes the game unnecessarily consuming.
Ads
I understand apps needing ads however I think this is just unnecessary, there’s an advert for every single thing you try to do and they are always so long. It puts me off wanting to do daily games or tasks because I can’t click anything without needing to watch an ad. Half the things on this app are already locked behind a paywall, so having to watch so many ads just makes me not want to use it anymore

Elevate has earned a permanent place in my daily routine, backed by a 146-day streak and nearly 100,000 XP. The mental agility and focus it builds are fantastic. To keep long-term users engaged, a few thoughtful refinements would help:
1. Scoring: The grading threshold feels overly punishing. Missing a single question out of twenty drops the score from Excellent to Great, and finishing with 100% accuracy doesn’t earn top marks if the pace is slightly measured.
2. Sound: Memory games rely heavily on audio, which limits usability in quiet settings without headphones. Adding visual memory tracks, similar to Visualization, would improve quiet-environment accessibility and feel more intuitive.
3. Mechanics: Synthesis feels unintuitive in practice, while Name Recall stacks too many variables (face, name, and multiple facts) under a tight timer compared to genuine social recall.
Expanding game variety and smoothing these edges would make an already outstanding app truly exceptional.

This is a great game and worth the money. I will be getting the family plan as now my 8 yr old granddaughter has started to play a few of the games. Will also get for my 80 something mom. I am very impatient with online games but this is a true winner
