Many simple user experience problems that are obviously lazily not considered or tested properly
Chat box icon is fix on screen preventing ability to access critical information behind it such as a download button. This prevent ability to select items that are required for working training documents. The chatbox messaging will open every time instead of selecting the needed links behind it. Chatbox messaging is truly the most basic I’ve seen and even when wanting to start the conversation topic it requires email input. The type box window disappears soon as selecting it due to screen not scrolling thus blocking it from visibility when keyboard opens up. Entering blindly is the only option. Apps are meant to be used on phones. This should have been tested. Very frustrating and worse off having it than not. If it wasn’t for work I’m sure I would’ve replaced it by now with something better.
