Fails to register my card tried several times got an error try again later did my credit card after still doesn’t work fix your issues no wonder nobody has this app taking my business to santikos !!

We love coming to the Spot .. The food is great and this is one of the activities that my Special needs adult son and I absolutely love doing together ! We love Carolina too … First time to meet her ! Fantastic service !

As always the cashier up front was very helpful with prices and the theatre was clean.
Rewards not compatible with Toast
There is either no option to use the $10 coupon with the Toast app or it needs to be easier to find. Staff had me purchase my food abd then refunded the $10.

Chances of using rewards - 0
Tried using birthday free ticket. Can’t book on line. Went to theatre. Can’t use on opening weekend.
Have tried using others without any success. Can’t book tickets through the app as Evo has two apps that don’t work together.
Just use fandango. Much easier.

Love EVO every time we are here. Schertz location is really nice and service is wonderful.

The theatre was very understaffed, it was difficult to order and when we received our food it was cold. It was hard to get in touch with a server and we never received our refills. The staff was very polite but you could tell they were not well supported and understaffed. Disappointed in this.
Read the Reviews of your App
Multiple people have commented on the need for improvement of the app. I have read the comments and there are similar comments from various people going back a few years. Why aren’t you making the changes. Update the app do that rewards members don’t have to enter all their information every time they make a purchase. Allow the free movie tickets to be redeemed using the app instead of having to redeem them onsite. Increase the expiration date of free birthday tickets from 30 days.

Theater great, app not so much
App needs work!! Doesn’t remember your payment cards when reserving online. Takes FOREVER to click anywhere, I have to close & reopen all the time because the buttons on the app don’t respond. Often lags when trying to load movies available to see. Worst app I gave on my phone.

Glitchy movie
Went to watch super pets and it glitched towards the end. They eventually fixed it but we missed about 10 minutes of it, they didn’t replay. Would’ve been nice to have been offered some compensation.

movie times won’t load
The app is updated, as is my operating system…it’s glitchy and slow and will not work properly.
I cannot get the movie times to load after I select the location (Schertz, TX) I have tried multiple times. Please correct the issue!

Useless app and the same on the web.
The file provided to download your ticket is not one commonly used. No ticket history on the app as well. No function to select what you are trying to do. I end up using my PC to purchase tickets online, even using the app to purchase tickets is a frustrating experience. Maybe it is just me but this app is useless, needs a new user interface. Logging g in is also a joke.

This app could be so much better with a couple of tweaks.
1. If the app stored your tickets when you purchase them so you don't have to go find the email. Tedious when you buy tickets during pre-sale
2. If you could apply your rewards to ticket purchases in the app. We never purchase tickets at the counter.
