The app serves a purpose of scanning to do a car wash only
Other than scanning for a membership car wash this app really serves no great use because of the lack of updated
Does not ever work.
I paid for awash and typed in the code and it kept saying payment declined. But I had a receipt in my email and you sure did charge my account for a wash. Terrible experience.

Membership issues
I’ve been twice this week to the car wash on north main and scanned my membership for a wash and it didn’t work.
Says “invalid code” but still works
Sometimes the machine tells you that your QR code is invalid, but I still pull forward and get a carwash. I like the app much better because that sticker they used to have didn’t work at all locations. They do a great job washing your car and the vacuum is really good. The only thing that could make it better is to have FREE VACUUMS like they used to have in Cape Girardeau’s location.

N Main location
I do not care for this app because I am constantly having to wait for washes on the next day due to the app thinking I’ve already used a wash that ne ER worked. It’s happened AGAIN today. I had to use my wallet money AGAIN just to get a wash today because the 1st stall wash was “out of order” but I had already scanned the QR on the app so at the next stall wash, it said I had already used my wash today. Very aggravating at the least. Please refill my wallet with the $10 I’ve used & possibly more for any future errors with your app/equipment. Thanks, Jami Heavener 573-258-6132
