App is Broken (Cox Communications “gaming service”)

I’m paying extra per month for a service I cannot utilize without the app. As soon as you log in for the first time, you are required to choose a gamer profile before doing anything. The gamer profile selection page is completely broken, therefore I cannot use the app whatsoever. Everyone please do NOT use this service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Does Not Work!

You cannot even log into this app. If you log in it keeps giving an error to reload and you do not get anywhere.

Doesn’t Work and Cox has no intention or idea it appears for them to fix up. Simply I believe that it is a marketing hoax and this isn’t even real. Just a broken app that load up error.
