Removed/redownloaded, reset password and the app still keeps crashing - needs major update.

This app has not been updated in forever. It’s still designed for iPhone 4 screen size. It won’t recognize complex (secure) passwords. Needs to be updated or deleted from App Store.
The shadiest limo company in NYC
I spoke with their drivers, it’s shocking! You’d expect professional driver considering the price they charge, no way! Because they hire Uber drivers. So you get the same Uber driver but end up paying arm and a leg. When it comes to billing surprises keep on popping. They bill you for stops you didn’t make and waiting time, then blame it on computer glitch or the drivers. The owners are from Bangladesh and Pakistan and simply forget that this is United States where we have higher expectations when it comes to quality customer service. But the drivers told me they receive roughly 50% of what the customer is charged so they have no interest in striving their best for such a low pay. In my opinion this company does not deserve to call itself Limousine co, it’s just another car service company same as Carmel, Dial or Vital.

This app/service is horrible. No way to directly reach your driver must go through dispatchers. Tonight spent 30 minutes outside in the cold at O’Hare sitting on hold for someone to answer when app said car was there. Then waited 10 more min for car. Back to Uber for my future rides.

Tried signing up 3 times and fails each time. Don't waste your time.
