As soon as I updated to IOS 17.7, elite viewer pro crashes 8 times out of 10. When will the update be available?

Need to fix many errors .. It freezes, disconnects, and does not playback from 1400-1500 as needed.

Playback from 14:00 to 15:00 will not play back!!!
Why does app revert to beginning of day, anytime we try to playback video from 14:00 to 15:00???

Terrible Video Playback Feature
UPDATE: Works on IPad now..But Please have your coders/developers work on the playback video. It’s is ridiculous with that sliding finger playback option, you never can get to your time event replay video without going back and forth.
Not for iPad
This app does not register devices using scan n view on iPads. Use Easy View Plus instead. It is virtually identical.
Hard to go to specific time
I have a hard time to fo to specific time if the recording. When I put lets say 11:00 am it goa 11:40 or 11:00 50 am spending too much time playing to get the specific time something happened.
Same user logged in
Keeps showing error "same user is logged in". Please fix it.

This new update is rubbish, bring back the last version.
Same user already logged in.
A lot of the times when I open this app, it will not open the view on the cameras and says “same user already logged in”. I can go to the app this one is replacing and the views load up just fine. Also if and when this app does show the cameras, when I swipe to go to the next camera view, it again says “same user already logged in” and doesn’t show the camera view. Please help.
