Ever since I came across EA I have been binge watching her content and became a member straight away. I was just on the website but the app is so much easier to find what I’m after, where my purchases are and easier to navigate. It’s amazing ❤️ very grateful

Customer Service Issues
Since I purchased the creator, I have not been able to verify my account. I have tried contacting someone multiple times. No one is responding to me. I have not received a confirmation email so it’s affecting my ability to do certain things. That is the only thing that is holding me back from giving it five stars. I’m not receiving confirmation email. I’m not receiving any responses from anyone that I’ve been messaging. I keep being told that I’m going to be contacted and I’m not contacted.
