Used to work

I used to be able to open app and reference topics whenever I wanted. Now I get the incredibly frustrating never ending circle while it says loading data!
Even deleting the app and reinstalling doesn’t help.
Is there a fix in store?

I tried two or three emails and a bunch of passwords and nothing works

Fix the login procedure.

Cannot create login credentials and app will not let me login. Deleting the app because of that. That’s a low-level user process. Should fix.

Why Load Data Every Time??

It’s a good app when it works. It’s basically a mirrored version of the online course but why would they make any app download data and reload all the information every time it opens! I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it three times today because it sits at 0% while it says “please wait while we get things set up for you”. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes!

Will not open any more.

I love this program. Taught me a lot. However the app has quit working for me. It will not proceed past the loading page. Edit: the team had it fixed within hours. Great organization!!!
