Can’t turn off notifications within app

I only had this for a couple days and just deleted it. It sends out daily “health notifications” from Goshen Health. I don’t want daily notifications from Goshen Health. This is supposed to be a Fair app not a Goshen Health app. It hasn’t given any actual Fair notifications. I cannot find any notification preferences within the app. The annoyance of this overtook any small benefit the app may have for me.
