Can’t Give Zero Stars
Every time there’s an update I have to enter all my account information. I have multiple and have to do the tedious task of entering all that data. No other app I use requires this. This would include multiple other banking and credit card apps.

Links to open all accounts should be at the bottom of first list to access the remaining accounts.

I like the app, it’s super easy but lately it’s been frustrating because it keeps wanting authentications and enabling Touch ID when I don’t want Touch ID. It’d be nice if it would quit popping that up and leave it in settings so you can change it there. It’s already time consuming logging in more I don’t want to bother with that then have to log in again because I didn’t enable Touch ID.

Awful
Difficult to navigate. Unable to receive the information needed unless you go to the main website which defeats the purpose of an app. Check out other banks sites to get an idea of how to upgrade!

Bring back the memo
EVB used to have a place where you could jot down a note (memo) on each transaction. I miss this feature. You currently have it on transfers- to write a memo for what that specific transaction was for- but it is no longer available on regular debit transactions. I really miss that feature, and used it often before the last major update. Please bring it back. I have considered switching banks because of it.

Links in wrong location
Links to open all accounts should be at the bottom of first list to access the remaining accounts. You shouldn’t have to scroll back to top of the partial list. Or a link at the top and bottom of account list to access all accounts. That needs to be changed or all accounts make visible immediately.
Not user friendly
The new version of the app is not very user friendly. Mandy more steps to get done what you want to do. And hate that it only saves your Face ID for a couple of days.
Login
Automatic login through Face ID or remembering my login info consistently works poorly or doesn’t work at all. As the first part of the interface with this app, this experience should be seamless.
Denied app approval?
I have deleted my application several times when it stopped working as advised by the bank personnel. This time the App Store says I am denied to obtain it again? I have the same viable accounts and good balances. Why can’t I get it? Thank you.

Since the update it only works half the time if that it gives me a message saying it’s not available at this time
