Terrible app
I have to sign in every time, this removes the convenience of having an app. I cannot tell what my balance is to know if I should book another appointment or not. Take time and improve your app!
Unable to book appt
The original version of this app wasn’t the best thing I had ever experienced... but this update has made it even worse. I cannot get it to book an appointment because it never goes past choosing a location.

-Doesn’t keep me signed in.
-Doesn’t show member pricing (I don’t think). So I have no idea what I am charged unless I specifically ask after the service.
-The prices and membership fee have increased a lot since I first signed up. It’s no longer worth it.
-If I want to look at different dates I have to start ALL OVER and login again.
—-The worst thing is at the actual salon. I mostly get massages, and I have NEVER had a massage as long as what I paid for. The massage ends promptly 50, 70, or 90 minutes from my appointment time even though I often am waiting a few minutes in the waiting area. It also is including the time I discuss what I want and get undressed. At other massage places this is done in the 15 minutes you are asked to be there before the appointment time.
I will be discontinuing membership once I use my credits.

Awful
This app is simply awful. Every single time I want to use into have to log in. It never saves or has the ability to save my log in info. It doesn’t sync with apple passwords accurately. It’s just a horrible use interface.
Terrible App
I have such a hard time login in to my account. It always takes several attempts. Not user friendly, at all! Please update or create a new one.
Horrible booking app rather call
I’m a loyal Ella Bliss member and absolutely hate this app. It never recognizes my email to log in...even after multiple attempts to reset it. It’s a waste of my time and I end up calling in to make my appointments.
