Unstable for iPad
Works great on my Android TV. The only consistency on the iPad app is the VOD-works flawlessly. The Live portion crashes repeatedly on my iPad every night that I try to watch live programming. Sometimes I uninstall and re-install and it will work for about an hour or so. I have fiber optic and my WiFi is now at 2GB wired and about 800-900 wireless on 3 eero 6 pro + that are brand new. Not sure why this app is so unstable. My Prime app for both Live and video programming does not do this- ever. I hope Ellas Max TV can work through this common issue and upgrade their equipment or resolve this issue.
Customer service has been very helpful and great to deal with, but no real solution other than to install access points in my 1800 sq ft home. The cost is too prohibitive to do that.

Horrible
I can’t watch anything… it freezes every 10 seconds yes seconds. It has been like that since the new system. I haven’t had the chance to cancel them but doing it soon. I pay to not be able to watch anything. I don’t really want to deal with customer service anymore they blamed my internet service (which is fine) everything else works at my house.

Needs Work
Ellas TV worked fine before they changed it. You’re lucky if you can get through any program longer than 10 seconds at a time. The constant freezing makes it a stressful experience. And this isn’t once in a while, it’s all day every day. It’s the worst app in the history of apps.

Excellent Customer Service
I signed up with a new account and I had several issues with the app at first, but Customer Service was always available to assist me with various issues and now everything is under control. I enjoy watching the many different channels with my family. Thank you EllasTV Max!!!
Rude customer service
Every time I have issues using this app and call customer service, they are rude and unable to help. Very poorly managed service.
