Does not show on my screen
It seems that I always have to go to the Apple Store to open the app and use it. Please let me know if there is an additional step that I may have missed.

Love these and the Halloween ones are so fun- but I wish they were updated for every holiday!
Can't use
It says installed but it won't let me actually USE them in iMessages.

Hello, We are sorry you are not able to use your Elmo Stickers. If that is still the case, please open up the iMessage App Store and you will see three tabs at the top of the main screen. Tap on the "Manage" tab then tap on the specific sticker app to switch it on. You should now have access to the stickers. We hope this has been helpful! - Sesame Workshop Apps Team

Hi! My app didn't download - can't find it anywhere on my phone, and the app support isn't working. Not sure what to go now - can someone please contact me?
