My brain was getting cooked by AI
I swear using AI for every little thing was giving me actual brain rot. I couldnt focus, remember basic stuff, or think through a problem without immediately asking ChatGPT.
Been doing my daily games on Elo instead of scrolling and I honestly feel a bit sharper again. Nothing life changing overnight, but I’m remembering things faster and actually sticking with stuff when it takes some thought.
I've gotten my Elo to level 18 so far...not sure if thats good or not.
