Worst customer service experience ever
Guys I ordered something from them they demanded that i pay in advance when i called their customer service to know what’s wrong i was shocked how badly they behaved with me, from what I experienced i can tell they have highly rude and unprofessional customer service, Thanks elo never buying anything from you ever again

Very disappointed
Oder shoes on 50 % off (5000 rs) of Tamari's . Received my parcel. They sent me right side of both . I don’t know what kind of behaviour they have Trying to contact but not receiving calls . And not answering any email : Very pathetic service.

I’ve used this website first time and paid 25kvia card
Only to be told after I contacted the company ,after a day because they weren’t responding that I will be refunded in 7 days because my order never went through but I was charged .
Never will be using this company first time Ive experienced this in Pakistan horrible service .

Amazing interface really easy to use and sizes and every information is easily available with every product
Bad experience with elo
They didn't pick up the calls after the complaint I had very bad experience this time with elo. I got 4 products faulty then I complaint them after that they said we take 3 to 4 days to resolve the issue now after 5 days I'm calling them but they didn't take my calls.

Do not expect all the products are quality is excellent, keep in your mind for return of the products due to poor quality but value of money.

The stuff they send is worst quality ever.its just local without any brands.Their prices are high and always send wrong items.I will not buy from them again.
Slippers low quality
Ordered slippers and they claim export quality slippers got flat from one side after 1-2 days of use. Very low quality product.
Is there any one who can communicate you over the complaints
Hi have made an order, paid in advance via debit card, order dispatched by elo as on 25th april, still order is with one of the pthetic courior services, i tried to contact leopard no response over any thing at any platform, i even request elo team via email no satisfactory resolution so far its been 5 days and i hav flight so this is so far pathetic experience of my life even the small size shops do it timely.
