Péssima assessoria e não responsabilidade

O aplicativo é ruim de localizar o pedido e não há nenhum tipo de ajuda com os vendedores que usam a plataforma. A elo7 simplesmente não se envolve em nada o que é péssimo

Golpe

Recentemente efetuei um compra o qual o vendedor não me respondeu nem tão pouco me enviou a compra. Resumindo: GOLPE. Ao solicitar apoio ao aplicativo Elo7, fui instruído a entrar em contato como vendedor, o qual não tinha acesso. Aplicativo péssimo que na se preocupa com o consumidor.
