App sucks …returning customer and one day i wasn’t entomologist at all…customer service said it was because I wasn’t in the new system and once I was I would have no trouble logging I ..been in new system for awhile now and still can never log into my account…this has resulted in a lot of lost business for you guys

Beware - Complete SCAM
This company is a scam, FAKE approval in the beginning only to proceed to the next step of stealing your identity. After the FAKE initial approval document you’re asked to call in to verify info to get funding. They’ll have you connect your bank through “Chirp” not “Plaid” which requires biometrics scanning and upload your DL. After that they’ll pretend to increase your loan amount to a crazy number. Totally weird then the rep says they’re sending the loan to underwriting and you need to hold for 5mins - ultimately you’re told you’re Denied and instantly your profile is removed from their site!

Approved for what?
The 1st time I applied, I was told my bank info wasn’t showing, so I asked if I could send in an email copy of my bank statement & I was told no.
Ok.
2nd time I applied, I was told I was approved, but after it went to “underwriting”, I was denied, yet they say the interest rate is so high because “everyone is approved”
I am seriously glad I wasn’t approved, even though I was willing to pay the interest

Waste of Time
Waited online for about 25 minutes after they approved me with the loan offer and number and it just kept looping the same voice same words. In a tight bind right now just needed a little bit of extra cash for an emergency, don’t count on this place.

Don’t Bother
I received a “congratulations you are approved”, just need to call and verify my info so loan can be funded immediately. Girl on the phone says I just need you to verify your bank account. She sends me a link and when I click it says your bank is not available for electronic verification. She then says let me send your application to underwriting, which doesn’t make sense, why would you send it to underwriting if nothing was verified. She comes back on the line and says you’re denied. I asked why and she stated you’ll receive an email in 3-5 days and hung up. I logged in to their app and it says I have been approved for up to $1000. So confused, don’t waste your time.

Horrible company
I set up a payment plan bc I accidentally missed 2 payments bc Chase thought it was fraudulent. They then pretended the payment plan didn’t exist and took 300 dollars out of my account without informing me. Even though I have my documentation they won’t give me my money back. Will never work with them again!

so i finally almost finished the process but my info was removed from the account after i uploaded my DL. you have all of my bank info on file and let me sign the agreement, now no one can tell me why i cant go through with the loan??? it should not be this hard!!
so im trying to begin the process of requesting a loan, however i have had the phone hung up in my face about 3-5 times so far. even when they ‘call back’ i will say hello and then they hang up.

Fake approvals and a complete waste of time

After receiving all your information they will claim to send u an email to complete the final step. They tell u from the beginning that u are approved. Took a week just to try to get an email or text sent to me, was told that the person that I was working with will have to be the one to call me back and continue the process. Which I’m not stupid it was the same person! After calling from a different phone , lying about whom I were just to speak with whom I need to , walking me through the bank verification and then saying I am denied. STAY AWAY SEEMS LIKE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

I hate writing review but I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I had a loan with them, decided to pay off early using the payment schedule they literally had on my account. And they took more money out of my account than what they payoff was and when I called to question them about it they denied it and said that was was I owed them. I called and spoke to like three different people and all of them told me different things. I am so upset and mostly at myself for letting myself trust these people. The last lady that helped was nice though, shame she has to work for this trash of a company.

I make a lot of money but because I had to help pay for my grandma in nursing home I needed a small loan till next payday. They were helpful and nice at first but then denied me because they said they need three months direct deposit and I had two for larger amounts than I even wrote down. I can’t help it company paid with checks for long time till recent but the fact the company would not help is ridiculous when they could verify my employment and pay easily. Makes me think they just wanted all my personal info for nefarious purposes. They don’t want to help they want to get your info I think.

Waste of time
So I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was especially bad, so thought I should warn others. Basically you fill out some info. You’re ‘approved’, then you have to call them. Got hung up on multiple times. When you get through you have to call your bank with them, but they don’t do holding, so they hang up on you again. Finally after over an hour with them on the phone, and being told I actually qualified for more than I was asking and did I want to switch to a higher amount, they are telling me the terms of the loan, then at the last second it’s denied. It’s completely ridiculous. There are much, MUCH easier places to use to get the help you need.
