Problem signing in

I have a major problem signing into the app, I have deleted and reentered app three times. I can sign on as an agency, add our password and then it goes to a page with a square box, then it just goes in a loop. Please help me.

Very intuitive and easy to use

Very intuitive and easy to use. I would highly recommend using this app to sign for your donations. FDC has outdone themselves with this app.
