The app is good and service is good but delivery is lacking
As said by title The delivery section of this app is just very lacking overall like when I first ordered On app it said I will get my order in 8 then I got WhatsApp message saying it’s estimated delivery is 9th and now it’s 11th where hell is my delivery? It’s dead silent no one called since like 7th till now I hope there’s a tracking system to deliveries since it’s very lacking and it’s such important factor

لايوجد تعقيب للطلبات
تطبيق جميل لكن عند الطلب لايوجد تعقيب وتتبع للطلب اين وصل وكذلك عند وصول الطلب لايتم كتابة تم التسليم بل تبقى حالة الطلب قيد التجهيز حتى بعد إستلامه، أرجو تصحيح هذا الخطأ
