Great app
Love this app. Very user friendly. I love that it syncs with my Apple Watch. It definitely helps me track my symptoms. Would recommend!
Very Useful App
As a rheumatoid arthritis patient, I have found the Elsa app very useful in tracking my symptoms and wellbeing daily whilst undergoing a medication review. When I have my next consultation at the hospital I will be able to attend with accurate information with regards to my health rather than giving rather vague answers to questions based on memory. It is easy to follow and only takes a couple of mins to complete each day.
I especially like that it allows me to see if there are any patterns emerging in the disease progression. It covers most of the things I need but the addition of daily sections for weather, a food diary and a ‘rear body view’ for plotting pain points (many people have neck pain with RA) would have given this app a 5/5* from me. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy to use and comprehensive app of this kind.

ELSA and RA
This app has been a wonderful tool in helping me communicate RA symptoms with my doctor. It helps me keep a daily record of symptoms, exercises, pain levels and medications. It only takes one minute to do the daily log. It stores information and converts it to easy to read charts. Five stars all around!
