Not allowing you to log in
Terrible app. Can’t login to my account on this app and only can use it on browser. How is it possible that developers don’t care?

Apps and electronically learning are being used more prominently and it seems like you guys are falling behind. To offer online books with a textbook, then give people an app that won’t even let you log in. I’m sure you guys knew about this when you released this app. Fixing this can benefit your customers and make your product better to use, meaning more customers and more referrals from them. It’s 2022 and the same complaint has been made for 6 YEARS!!!!! do better

Downloaded this app to be able to have access on my phone and have it read the books to me while driving and it continues to tell me my login credentials are wrong but I use those same credentials to login on the website.
Failed Log In credentials
I just logged in on the web with the correct log in and then came to the app and it keeps telling me my credentials are invalid. There must be a bug in the app.

Elsevier is a scam. Charging students way too much money for the convenience of online books but can’t even have an app that’s compatible! Ridiculous

Still can’t use it to login and I guess that has been a problem for like a few years.
Terrible, waste of time
Every time I try to login on the app it says "invalid" but the website always lets me in with the same user ID and password. Why is no one working to fix this? I tried again after trying two months ago, still the same issue. Don't waste your time.
Phishing scam??
This app almost seems like a phishing scam.... it's not the one from the website directly. Beware!!!!!
