Review after a few years using it at a childcare center

Pretty easy to use but lacks things like a toggle for when you apply diaper cream to a child. Also teachers can’t sign/out in a child if a parent or management staff forgot. Sometimes new teachers struggle with using the applied message and then having to go to the end of the period to type in meals or other notes after them. I also don’t like when you switch rooms that the meals don’t switch with it unless you find the room.

Ok, but no way to check for approved pickups

You can’t check for approved pick ups so if a child is picked up by someone beside their primary care provider then you have no way of checking if they are approved to pick the child up which is not safe. checking a child in and out is simple enough. There is no way to send documents like lesson plans to the parents. Photos get sent to the parents days after they were actually taken. Using the kiosk to check in does help me to remember to clock in and out though, and I do like the name to face feature.

Hey Ciarart, thanks for your feedback. Have you used the most recent version of the Provider & Staff app? The new "Child Info" screen has a ton of information, including each child's Authorized Pickups, and how to contact them (as well as medical information, allergies, and more). Photos will arrive at each Parent's mobile application in minutes. I wonder if your parents haven't allowed the app to notify them when they arrive, and are just seeing them later? Try checking the notification settings under Settings | Notifications for the Parent app. The app does provide a large number of Reporting features that you can send to parents (e.g., Diaper changes, bottles, kudos, learning notes, etc.), but lesson plans aren't one of them today. Let your Customer Service Team member know that you need that! We're adding new features, and your input is appreciated.
