OTP functionality not working
I am from Nepal and am not receiving otp in my mobile phone! Please fix this bug so that I can log in.
Cannot receive OTP from US number
It is nice to have OTP sent to US number. I look forward for your fix. It’s time to get people moving from other apps to this App.

I can’t give more than one star because I am unable to get past the OTP screen. I had loaded it previously, but it kept shutting down on me. Deleted and installed app again without success. Very frustrating. I have an iPhone.
Hopeless app
The OTP never comes. Why do you develop an app with bugs in it??? It is frustrating!!!
Unable to change number
I signed up with my US number in 2020. Am now back to India but my top is being sent elsewhere and I am unable to change my number as it takes to verify top screen as I login. The change number link in that page does not help.
Seamless and easy to use
I have stopped using whatsapp and switched to elyments. It is so good to see how smooth and seamless this app has become.
Adding clips
I can’t seem to add any clip nor can I see anywhere to do so on iOS

Best Chat App
I have used this application to chat and make video calls. This is one of the best apps released in recent days but it has to release more updates and make changes to attract users and lack of advertising is also a negative for this application since most of the people have no idea about it.
Suggestions: add short videos sharing like WhatsApp and make some changes to UI.

Ex Canada .. Except chat , no social media working

Suppose this App is installed while in India would I be able to get the hub for use of all social media platforms ( like Elyment’s Instagram and FB ? )

Critical showstopper- Elyments saves pics n videos
Hi I found a whole lot of saved pics n videos from elyments- irrelevant ones. I deleted them from my photos and now the app is crashing. Pls fix immediately as a lot of messages cannot be seen.
Font size and message visibility while typing
Everything is good about this app but there are two things which should be improved ASAP otherwise they will loose the opportunity to gain market share: 1) The font size is too small and there is no way to increase the font size. 2) whenever we have to type and the keyboard pops up, the chat messages above do not scroll up automatically. This is very frustrating as you cannot see the last message while typing as the keyboard covers it. Hope these things are improved quickly.

I love this app! Best part is the privacy policy! So fed up of all the data collectors out there. Also love the fact that all major Indian languages are available in this app. Much needed!
Add more servers
Hi, It is slow sometimes. Can you add more servers or upgrade them? Would love to see it get to the same speed as some other leading apps.

Deleting my feeds
Please take it as constructive feedback, but app is not working as deletes my feeds automatically. So far I posted 3 feeds with photo, all of-’em gone now.
Also if you promote it well (advertising on various platforms), it will be good. I don’t find no friends of mine there, why should I keep this app then!
