Does not let me log in , I try to have it send me a longin code to my phone says the code is wrong.
Software is Buggy and Dangerous can lead to crash
Great bike but software is buggy and dangerous. I was teaching my wife to ride and turned down the power and speed for all the modes. It worked fine for a little bit and then reset itself to full power. She spun out, crashed and ended up with her foot in the rear wheel and almost lost her foot. Very dangerous. Also once I set me preferences and get the bike just the way I like it, the settings change for no reason. Sometimes I set the settings all the same and each mode still behaves differently???!!! EM should work on their app.

The app has been working flawlessly and allows for a complete customization of map settings. Furthermore, it provides basic riding and battery stats. and even locks the bike electronically for some piece of mind.

Update is EM have fixed it now works in UK perfectly and it’s an awesome addition giving a lot of control over the bike. And is a bit difficult to receive and takes several attempts but eventually comes through. Well done for fixing it quickly
what about all the rest of us?
would be awesome if it worked with the 2023 models too
