FAKE PRODUCTS!!!
I ordered a JBL 770NC headphone from eMAG, but it turned out to be a fake product. When I tried to return it, eMAG refused to give me a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful, and they do not take responsibility for counterfeit products sold on their Marketplace. Be very careful when shopping here!

none of my orders have been fulfilled by emag, mostly due to the absolutely horrible Sameday courier service (which is owned by emag…)

Worst app i have ever dealt with hard to change language in the app and my package i ordered 10 days ago haven’t arrived yet like at least make one thing right first and last time ordering from this company and app
Emag is a scam
Ordered an item from emag which never arrived and they didn’t pay the money back. Never trust them!

Meg mindig nem szállították ki az írásban sokkal korábbra visszaigazolt termékeket. Nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a kereskedést. Telefonos megkeresésre nem válaszoltak, 20 perc után sem vették fel a telefont.
Total Scam
Purchased headphone in advance, sameday lost the package. told emag about the issue and requested a refund. Emag sent a cancellation request to sameday this was on the 12th of December. (until sameday does not confirm cancellation they will not refund me even though they know they are still in possession of it.). Since then they sent an automated force cancellation on the 18th and when it did not work they sent a manual cancellation on the 19th. when they sent the manual cancellation they notified the bosses of Emag of the issue and told me by the end of the day they will fix it and the money will be coming back. And to top it off, I ordered it in November. Since December 5 i have called both company numerous times to no result. They lost my package and refuse to give back my money. I am writing this on the 27th of December at which point my bank had to get involved as they still refuse to refund the charges, even with the bosses notified and Emag knowing that multiple people got affected by Sameday losing their package which can even be observed at sameday budapest’s google review. Tried calling sameday to get the cancellation approved but their call center can not assist with it. Emag is a complete scam.
