Not worth the bassle

Just terrible customer service and response. I understood the app was new and could deal with the bugs, but from day 1 the customer support just dropped the ball constantly. Payment issues, ignoring contact when using the “contact us” options and just not caring when you are able to talk to someone. Got so tired of trying to continue showing them support while being treated so poorly I just deleted the app wrote any money spent.

Great idea

What a great idea and concept. I love this app and I love checking in especially when they had weekly drawings. And go figure. I actually won once. I ended up getting the $1000 gift card to Lego, which was amazing. I used it to buy the Titanic, which I probably would not have bought by myself if it wasn’t for this app. Well worth the premium membership.

Great customer service!

For some reason the app wouldn’t let me in, like it didn’t recognize my password AND no matter how many times I tried to get a reset link, it don’t work. Turns out they had to do something on there end to get the link working. Was all taken care of in matter of days. The app is great for keeping track of sets and creating new ones. Hope to win one of the giveaways at some point. Extra chances being a Pioneer! Thanks Emagineer team for the help.

App doesn’t work anymore

App stopped working. Won’t let me sign in.

Not ready for even pre-release

The concept of the app is interesting; however the execution is poor.

UI is clunky and looks unfinished, there are buttons with no text or icons so you don’t know what they do until you click on them.

Other than the sweepstakes, I don’t see what this app does differently than any other LEGO inventory app.

Small tip for the devs, the countdown timer on the sweepstakes page, use a proper time format with 00:00:00:00 so when the minutes and seconds are under ten you see 09 etc. not doing that looks makes the timer text “jumpy”, and like it was rushed and not tested internally.

No-one has ever been able to generate a one of one LEGO set complete with parts list and 3D build instructions before. We can already do this in BrickHeadz form and we are just getting started. Imagine what this will be like once the UI is humming and the AI can build anything!
