Great app for repetitive messages
I love it!! I use it to send brief messages to guests who are yet to check into my Apartments. I email in detail but now I have found this app, I follow it up with an abbreviated text.
Wonderful to be able to do this several times a day without having to type everything!!!

Slow Customer Support Does not work with Outlook
Send an email to customer support asking a question because I could not get this to work with Outlook. I got my response over a month later. The response stated that this app would not work with Microsoft outlook. It’s a shame because I liked using the original app.

I went to a lot of trouble composing a few templates, used them twice, then the app has deleted my templates and prompted me to buy the upgrade. Not spending any money with this mob.

Can't use pics in email template
If you want to send a plain unprofessional email, this is the app to use. I just created a template on outlook with color and pics and saved as a template. iPhone I have same template in folder to reuse.

Templates are erased without warning
After using the light version my templates appear to have been erased without warning prior to directing me to purchase the full version, a warning would have been nice or even better the transfer of the templates to the full version purchased .
