Purchase now - It’s an incredible app!
I have used this app for many years now, the recent upgrade has made the app even more a must have for everyone who sends email and text messages regularly, I mean everyone, the app works on both iPhone and iPad extremely well and productivity increases in terms of time saved are mind blowing.
It was great until 4/6/26
You’ve changed all the settings and now it’s very complicated to create a new reminder, I’ve just deleted one, and I need to rebuild the template once again.

Works like a dream!
I spent AGES googling forums for outlook, Apple mail, even strayed to gmail to work out how to get an email template to work on my iPhone. Found the creator had posted a link buried deep down. SO. HAPPY. Even has sms templates!
ANNOYING BUG
This app has an annoying bug. The subject field and the title field get swapped each time you edit a template. It results in a lot of excess trouble in using the app.
This is a stupid bug and could easily be fixed. Don't purchase this app unless this bug is fixed!!!!

Fantastic App - An absolute must for all!
I have used this app on my iPhone 3, iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPad 2, I updated all my devices with version 3.3.2 when it was launched, I have been 100% pleased with the app’s performance across all my devices, a must for all, whether for personal or business use, a fantastic communication tool and time saver.

Simple and easy
Works well. But can’t sync templates between older ios 12 and new ios 13 systems. No response/support from developer on my inquiry for help.
Unable to add images
This look like a lite version since I am not able to add an image to the template - what a waste

I've used this app for years now and finally got around to reviewing it. I use it all the time with my small business as a gardener. I have many customers whom I have to SMS for access to their properties and other such things like reminding them that their account is overdue - or even apologising for being delayed etc. Life's too short to be always tapping out these messages. Really glad that they updated it recently! Double thumbs up and five stars to this one!!

Not working with iOS update
I used this daily for my business but now since the ios update it just crashes all the time. Developers please make it compatible.

Good app but now needs upgrade
I've used this for years and like its ease of use. But it doesn't always open as it should (it gets stuck in List mode) and now it doesn't work so well with iOS10. Needs an upgrade soon or I'll have to change.

If charged money for app why not support and update?, was good app, now crashes all the times after iOS update

Very disappointed, no difference in free n paid version, I thought have more templates but not a single extra template. Wish they add in future at least 50 common scenario templates...
Needs Updating
Needs serious updating - several standard messaging features haven't transferred. Feels like a developer got it to a good point, and is just feeding off very slow returns. Please upgrade :) scheduling messages, macros from contact details... Lots of things web apps do but yours doesn't :(
Misleading
This app - even in its full version which I just purchased- contains less than 10 templates. You got to do the rest yourself. I wish I could have my money back.

After I purchased this app, I contacted the developer for technical assistance. I already send 2 emails but no reply from them for a month now!!!
