The app is very good BUT a big problem is when the mail is sent and delivered,if you remove from history then the delivered email message gets deleted so when the person opens the email they don't see the written message , which is silly so history can't be deleted until much later.

Not easy to use with iPad
How this is supposed to work is a total mystery to me. It is difficult and asks for CC details in “history” tab even after paying for premium service…which does not work! Rubbish app.
This app used to be very easy, now it is impossible!
Going to try to find another app… I can’t get the composition to copy to an email, so it is now a total waste of time! Ugh! Everything is changed, it used to be so easy to copy and paste!
Definitely doesn't work on M series Macs
To be fair, this app states upfront that it has not been verified for macOS. Every time I have tried to use this app, to compose an email, it immediately crashes.
Your composed email disappears
I just wrote a very nice email to my youngest son. When I went to put in his name to complete the email, it disappeared.

Works fine for me
Takes a little time to get used to but the results are lovely pictures on colourful emails.
Total rubbish
This is the only app I have ever bought that doesn’t work. Tried downloading several times and although the backgrounds appear on screen when sending all you end up with is a long list of red computer gobblegook on your screen and the receipient doesn’t get the emails. IN MY OPINION ITS RUBBISH. Ask for your money back or better still, don’t buy in the first place.

Terrible app
Clumsy interface, but that it is not the worst of it. Randomly exits without warning loosing all my work.
Email issues
When I use the webmail direction and type in the recipient details and send it doesn’t go anywhere, and I don’t like using the mail app.

Would some one explain how to select text to edit. I hit after much hunt and peck. It’s very frustrating. To the point of deleting the paid app and going elsewhere. I’m wasting wsy too much time.

Why am I banging my head against a stone wall over and over??? How many times have I taken the time to write out a long letter, only to have it disappear when I try to mail it from this site. Poof, and it's gone out into space somewhere, unable to be retrieved. I PAID for this site because the stationery was so pretty....the reliability IS NOT!!!!!

So we could not pick a scene and send it straight to mail
Which I think is great it also wants you to create a address book to send them now it so messy and not something I would want to do so I am pleased we have the old version on 2015

Problems
I was enjoying this App when it stoped "Sending". I decided to buy the Pro Version hoping that would correct the problem but it did not! HELP
Still worthless and NO SUPPORT for paid versions!
I stated I my earlier review how I lost an important email and how hard this app is to use; fast forward to today. I thought I haven't used it since then so I'll give it another try but I was careful not to compose any important emails and what happened? It vanished as I was about to enter the recipients address!! I was so angry this app still even exists to rip off people, mine is a paid version; I tried to find support to write to and there is absolutely no support at all. I can understand why, they know why too, they'd be getting flooded with angry emails daily!!

Suddenly stopped functioning
When I sign in now, I get blank screen with the loading symbol spinning. Rebooting does nothing, always the loading page. I deleted and downloaded anew, same thing. Money out the window.

Read the review above and double it! No support, nothing. Don't even spend a buck 99. Art is beautiful but doesn't work!
Could be better
It's a nice idea, but I have some ideas. It's designed mostly for children and women. It's hard to find background with a more masculine feel and impossible to find a background with a more straight forward business feel.
It would be nice if the pro version gave you additional backgrounds. It does not. In fact the pro version locked up on me. If you reload it you lose your favorites.
